Luke가 일하는 모델 에이전시로 모델 7명을 보내 달라는 요청이 들어왔습니다. 그런데 모델 한 명이 부족하게 됐습니다. 이를 어쩌면 좋을까요.
“모든 게 잘 준비되었는지 확인하려고요.”라고 말할 때
“I am making sure everything has been arranged.”
Luke: Hey, this is Luke. I am making sure everything has been arranged for the fashion show at the COEX.
interested: Oh, hello Luke. Yes, you will be sending us six models for summer show. Am I right?
Luke: Actually the agreement was seven models. You really need only six?
interested: That`s what it says here. Let me check with the art director and get back to you.
Luke: 저 Luke인데요. 코엑스에서 열리는 패션쇼 준비가 잘 되었는지 확인하려고 전화 드렸어요.
관계자: 안녕하세요, Luke! 이번 쇼에 모델 여섯 명 보내 주시는 거죠? 제가 맞나요?
Luke: 그런데 계약서에는 일곱 명이라고 적혀 있는데요, 정말 여섯 명만 필요하나요?
관계자: 여기엔 그렇게 적혀 있네요. 예술감독하고 얘기해 보고 다시 전화 줄게요.
다시 전화가 왔는데 모델 7명이 필요하다네요. 급히 모델을 구해야 하는 상황에서 떠오르는 사람은 바로 Sunny!
Luke: Hey, have you ever thought about being a model in Korea …tomorrow?
Sunny: Are you kidding me?
Luke: I wish I was, but I am desperate. Can you pretend to be a model for a week?
Luke: 저기, 혹시 모델이 되는 거 생각해 봤니? 한국에서 …내일?
Sunny: 지금 장난해?
Luke: 나도 내가 장난하는 거였음 좋겠어. 일주일만 모델인 척하면 안 돼?
